About Kay-Sheree
Kay-Sheree Spurling is a registered psychologist based in Caulfield South, Melbourne, providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults, adolescents and teenagers.
Kay-Sheree has worked in private practice across Melbourne and rural Victoria, as well as in public drug and alcohol services. These experiences have shaped her strong interest in ADHD, trauma, addiction, anxiety, ASD, BPD, grief and loss, challenging behaviours, adjustment to parenthood, and supporting people affected by a loved one’s addiction.
Her approach is warm, curious and non-judgemental. She works with clients to build self-acceptance, confidence and a deeper understanding of the experiences that influence behaviour, emotions and relationships.
Kay-Sheree also provides clinical supervision to psychologists and AOD workers, supporting reflective practice, ethical care and professional growth.
